I love being crazily bothered by serious people who understand my mission and vision and those who want to be my close network of friends. I ask 2 questions always when people reach me out and that is who are you, and reason for reaching out, Just be straight-forward and to the point, if I am interested to talk or learn more, will let you know and vice-versa. I don’t mind making new friends, however I cannot entertain requests that don’t make sense to me or those that are not my interest or priority. I am on a mission to make my vision into a reality at ConnectBillion.com, and would appreciate advice from people who can help me achieve my mission and vision. However I have an exception, I don’t like double standard people, and those who were not available when I was nothing, you wanna join me on my mission than better to join me early.
I love people who were hurt badly, seriously injured, disabled, are the lone wolfs, isolated from the world because they are special, hardly have any cash and can feel the pain of others, you have that deep super crazy desire to accomplish the impossible against all the odds, had near death experiences and are looking for a connection that is stronger than the blood, honest as word of God, are called extremely mad, maniac and crazy, always get negative response from the naysayers, then this call is for you, I am looking for psychos to join my mission, life is a test from God and too short to be perfect, time is wasted like a sand in your fist, lets revolutionize the world forever with our full commitment, dedication and strong bond. It is once in the life-time opportunity. we both are like trust me I am going to be the most humble and nicest cofounder of your dreams the craziest and most loving and caring business partner, so throw that hesitation in the garbage bag, we look and sound super crazy and rudest person on the phone and when present until personally met and have a conversation, you and me are still babies inside, never wanna grow up, we are not serious and dramatic personalities, and forgives others and ourselves, we are not traditional corrupt businessman/businesswomen, but the humble and revolutionary one, I don’t claim to be perfect, nor do you, we all make mistakes but are insane warriors deep inside, very foolish, silly but very innovative and careful, you and me make a lot of mistakes when building something that ultimately teaches us great skills when we grind to fix things, tech and innovation is merely a gift from Almighty God, you believe in God’s precision and his plan and put your faith in him.
You never like wearing suits and ties and boots, don’t worry I got you covered, as at ConnectBillion.com our policy will be to wear super comfortable cloths for work, All suits and ties will be banned, our prestigious ConnectBillion.com custom made, super comfortable and proud to wear uniforms will be provided, We will give our employees a lot of burn out breaks, the screen kills I know that too, will not demand overwork, creativity comes out naturally, super high performance work comes from love and care not stick and stones, super-relaxed and non-serious and non-dramatic work culture, employee oriented, no dead lines, platform crashed is not a end of the world, it is part of the journey to improve stuff, if things don’t break, and there are no crashes and errors and no mistakes done than the business will not improve and we are not going in the right direction that is our work ethics for innovation, that is our work mentality and ethics and core values and beliefs, extremely humble and forgiving culture for employees, super friendly, extra loving and unique, will provide a lot of meals, never will make any employee isolated ever, and will make sure that it is our culture to help each other beyond the line of duty, a lot of employee gatherings, cenima tickets, beaches, walking in the parks, chilling at restaurants, sufficient insurances, accomodation, and special employee housing and vehicle budget scheme to provide them their permanent homes and cars as gift of being our valuable warrior. Will pay everyone very reasonably and enough to live like a king, supporting their entire family easily and educating them on their finances and savings, and will treat everyone as a highly respected and valuable member of the ConnectBillion.com, and will never let you leave till your last breath, no one will ever be retired. And when your time comes to depart to heaven and test of life ends, will honour your funeral with dignity and high status.
